Step 1:

Personal Discovery Call

You won’t talk to a random rep — you’ll talk to GOLF Cruiser Concierge.

We’ll cover:

  • Who you are (family, coach, golf crew, entrepreneur)
  • How you’ll use your Cruiser (tournaments, team travel, lifestyle trips)
  • What matters most to you (space? comfort? club storage? branding?)

This isn’t a sales pitch. It’s a real conversation.

Step 2:

Cruiser Design Walkthrough

Once we understand your vision, we guide you through the custom options:

  • Seating configuration (6–9 captain’s chairs)
  • Flooring, lighting, leather trim
  • Golf-specific features (club racks, cooler bays, tech upgrades)
  • Branding options (wraps, headrests, nameplates)

We’ll send visuals, swatches, and past examples so you can build with confidence.

Step 3:

Conversion Begins

Your Cruiser is handcrafted by our team in Warsaw, Indiana, in partnership with GM-certified specialists.

You’ll receive:

  • Timeline updates
  • Midpoint photos (if requested)
  • Full inspection checklists before delivery

Step 4:

Delivery or Pickup

Once complete, we offer:

  • Nationwide delivery to your home, club, or business
  • Pickup from Bootjack, Maryland or Warsaw, Indiana

We’ll walk you through every button, switch, and feature — either in person or via video.

Step 5:

Post-Delivery Follow-Up

You’ll get a follow-up call from GOLF Cruiser Concierge personally.
